Sheet Metal Workshop is a significant business field, it covers about 1,000 square meters.

Our sheet metal parts are widely used on the electrical appliance, computer and home furniture.

Stainless steel sheet, Copper sheet, Aluminum foil, Ferronickel alloy, Iron sheet, Nickel silver etc.

Production capability

Capable of shaping varieties of materials with the thickness of 0.03 to 1.2mm such as

stainless steel, copper, aluminum, zinc and iron sheet by etching, half-etching and pattern

imprinting without the need of hardware mold manufacturing charge.

Forging

We firstly started the business in forging parts in 1994.

With so many years of experience, we are proud of technologies in cold extruding and hot forging.

Customers are always satisfied with our high quality and fast delivery.

Secondary Operations

We provide a number of secondary operations for complementing and finishing parts made by forging steel.

This includes internal machining capabilities, as well as punching, drilling, bending, swaging, coining, tapping and threading.

We are a professional CNC machined parts manufacturer for over 10 years, with these experiences we have acquired the certification of ISO 9001 at the beginning of 2004.

We have a wide range of producing and manufacturing including customized CNC machining,

CNC machined parts, brass threaded inserts, screw machining and precision turned parts. The material´s hardware parts are in steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminum. In addition, We

are specialized in precision components machining to serve the electronics, automotive parts and hand tool industries.

Plastic injection

Injection molded parts refer to various injection products produced by injection molding machines collectively referred to as injection molded parts, including various packaging, parts, etc. It is mainly made of materials such as polyethylene or polypropylene and adding a variety of organic solvents.

We have set up a tight cooperation with suppliers since many years.

Warehouse

We own a warehouse with more than 2,000 square meters. We have already set up an ERP system to improve the warehousing. The whole warehouse is divided into several sections. The efficiency of packaging is on a very high standard.
